Meet Our Managing Director

Managing Director: Chumani Ngele CA(SA), RA, Certified Director

Chumani is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Auditor with over a decade of experience in financial reporting, external audits and advisory services, particularly within the public and private sectors. As the founder and Managing Director of CNL & Associates Incorporated, he has led the firm's growth into a trusted black owned, Level 1 BBBEE compliant audit and advisory practice. His expertise spans IFRS, and Grap standards, with a strong focus on compliance, risk management and financial sustainability assessments for public entities and state-owned institutions and private companies.

Chumani is also a specialist in IFRS standards, including IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and is currently leading training initiatives on IFRS 18. Through CNL he remains committed to building Afrocentric audit and advisory capacity, empowering local talent and delivering value-for-money services rooted in integrity, innovation and community impact.
